Well, THAT was a massive weekend! Four different beers, 180L of liquid gold, 26 hours of brewing and many… MANY pints consumed! American Pale Ale, Mango/Passionfruit Sour, Mexican Lager and a SMaSH beer with the newest hop on the market, Krush!

Now to get a new pump for the glycol chiller and a new stand for the 4th fermenter!

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted(and brewed!), but I’m happily getting back into it! Last week I threw on an American Pale Ale and today’s little adventure is the Golden Ale! The grains are also ready to go for another batch of the Schwartz Juice which I haven’t brewed for a while!
