This is what I grew up around.

A dad who came to Australia in the 70s with nothing but the willingness to work. Long hours, sacrifice, pressure, and showing up every single day to build a life for his family.

Watching this taught me that hospitality was never just about food. It was about service, consistency, and treating customers properly long before social media, algorithms, and trends existed.

The industry is evolving fast, and while marketing and content matter, I’ll never forget the old school principles I was raised on. Real hospitality isn’t about chasing hype, it’s about caring about the people who walk through your doors.

That mindset built everything.
