We’re delighted to welcome Dal Santo’s Deli to the Mrs C’s family, and to North Queensland. 🌶️

In the East End Centre in Ayr, this family-run deli and café has long been a gathering place for the Burdekin, with Italian flavours, quality deli meats and cheeses, freshly made paninis and a thoughtful range of platters and gift baskets. We’re proud to see Mrs C’s take its place among them.

Every family has a staple. Growing up, ours was The OG. 🌶️

It never shouted for attention. It elevated and harmonised our meals, and made everything on the table taste a little more like home.

At Mrs C’s, flavour and texture come first, with heat being an experience. Just like Mum taught us, we wanted to ensure there was one for everyone.

Properly hot, with a crunch that has you going back for more. It moves easily between condiment and ingredient, and is welcome in a wide range of cuisines. This one is a slow burn.

We’re delighted to welcome Somerville Egg Farm to the Mrs C’s family. 🌶️

On the Mornington Peninsula in Moorooduc, the Napolitano family has been caring for happy, healthy chooks for more than four decades. Their working farm is a lovely place to visit, with chicken, duck and emu eggs alongside a considered selection of local produce, from honey and preserves to fresh-cut flowers.

We’re proud that Mrs C’s now sits among it, ready to bring heat and flavour to your pantry.

Somewhere beneath one of the largest w**e cellars in the world, the OG found its way onto the table anyway. 🌶️

Kilometres of tunnels, rows upon rows of ageing bottles, and a little Australian heat holding its own down there with them. Good food, good company, and a little spice for whenever it’s needed. This is why we make the Traveller size.
