Step into a world of wonder this September at our Mad Hatter High Tea at Como House & Gardens. 🎩🫖

Every Sunday afternoon, The Ballroom will be transformed into a bright and whimsical tea party filled with playful treats inspired by Wonderland.

And with the school holidays around the corner, have you made plans for the kids?

Our Mad Hatter High Tea is a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon together, designed to delight children and adults alike. Expect colourful creations, beautiful scones and plenty of surprises, from Eat Me cupcakes and Drink Me chocolate teacups to Cheshire Cat macarons and a delicious selection of savouries.

Bring the kids, the grandparents or make an afternoon of it with friends. Dress up if you feel like it, embrace a little nonsense and join us for a high tea that’s anything but ordinary.

We are thrilled to share that Curtis Stone Events has been announced as a finalist for Wedding Caterer of the Year at the Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence.

Our judging took place at the stunning wedding of Alana & Mattia at the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, and what a wedding it was!

From opera singers to cigar bars, and an incredible celebration in between, it was a truly memorable way to mark the finale of our season at Alto.

A huge thank you to our team who brought every detail to life, and to Alana & Mattia for trusting us to be part of such a special day.

We’re incredibly proud to have this event recognised, now we wait for awards night… 🤞

We are incredibly proud to have been named a finalist for Caterer of the Year at the Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence, for an event that will remain a career highlight for our entire team.

Earlier this year, Curtis Stone Events had the extraordinary privilege of hosting a VIP event at Alto for Their Majesties The King and Queen of Denmark.

Three months of meticulous planning went into the evening, working closely with the Danish Consulate to deliver an experience worthy of such a significant occasion.

The menu was designed as a celebration of two cultures coming together. Traditional Danish flavours and ingredients were woven through an Australian dining experience, showcasing the open-fire cooking techniques and generosity that are so synonymous with the way we entertain here.

To now have this event recognised with a Caterer of the Year finalist nomination makes it even more special.

An unforgettable night, and an incredibly proud moment for Curtis Stone Events.
