Some occasions call for more than just great food—they call for compassion, care and seamless service.

Last week, our team had the privilege of catering a beautiful Celebration of Life for a much-loved member of the local community at New Hope Baptist Church in Blackburn North.

With more than 400 mourners gathering to honour and remember a remarkable life, we created two elegant grazing tables overflowing with fresh, chef-made delights, alongside a selection of hot finger food served throughout the afternoon.

It was an honour to play a small part in bringing family and friends together at such a meaningful event. We understand that during times like these, the last thing families should have to worry about is the catering. Our experienced team takes care of every detail, allowing loved ones to focus on what truly matters—celebrating a life well lived.

Last week we supplied these delicious Japanese Teriyaki Beef Poke Bowls for an all-day event at The Austin Hospital, providing attendees with a healthy, satisfying lunch option that was as good looking as it was delicious.

Featuring marinated teriyaki beef, Japanese rice, daikon, edamame, sliced cucumber, spiced carrot, red onion, pickled ginger, toasted sesame, fresh lettuce and a sweet mayo drizzle, every bowl was made fresh by our team and individually packed for easy service.
