I have a bit of a mix bag growing... birdseyes, habanero, ghost, scorpion, reaper... time will tell 😊

Got lucky to catch up with on the weekend at the Geelong City Market!! Wow! Delicious.. might have to go back in 2 week...

Had some crazy weather hit Sauceperiment HQ yesterday! My attempt at a greenhouse apparently couldn't hold up against 75kmh (and more!) wind gusts! 😄 8 of the 9 panels were still in the backyard, no.9 has departed us and no longer wishes to be part of Vasili's Chili 😆

Repairs and toughening up completed today.. the greenhouse is more tape than aluminum now 😆

Hope everyone else in Victoria was safe yesterday.

Going to give growing my own another go! Reapers! Scorpion! Habanero! Jalapeño! The whole family! 😄 Wish me luck. Also.....

A little restock for the fridge and a little sauceperiment on the right with some reaper and apple. Smokey Jo'lapeno on the left with Fiesta de Diego in the middle.

Smokey Jo gets his flavour from grilled jalapeños on the bbq with a little smoking to seal the deal.
Diego is my everything Mexican sauce, smoked some red chillies for this guy. Adds a great flavour 😋.

Besides all the boring admin stuff.. need to get cracking and build my greenhouse to get Vasili's Chili rolling, but the weather gods dont seem to be playing nice.

The big move from the desert has happened... back to Oz! Few things still to work out but hopefully be up and running so...

Very close to wrapping our lives in the desert, but still finding a little time to whip something up for the guys at work! A while ago I tried making reaper honey and scorpion honey.. never really found a use for it 😄 until now!

Chuck in some apple and some mango and 💥 PyroBee is born. So delicious.. so painful 😆
