Cape Town Doughnuts Cape Town Doughnuts is iconic South African doughnut called koeksisters. We absolutely can’t wait to share this unique treat with all of Melbourne!

Using a unique blend of locally sourced ingredients and spices the koeksister is hand forged from start to finish, the dough is spiced prior to rolling, pan fried, placed in a house made syrup then dusted in coconut. With over 350 years of various cultural influences, it bursts with unique and humble flavours. Using our tried and tested family recipe, we will produce koeksisters from our ‘Koeksist

er Kart’ for all market and festival goers to chow down whilst soaking in the bustling atmospheric conditions!

Our parent brand ’s food truck will be up and running this month. 🚚

Apart from picking up cape koeksisters on Sundays from Clayton - our Cape Town doughnuts will be slung out fresh and hit from the kitchen of this food truck. 🍩

It’ll be hard to miss this truck given it’s unique paint work inspired by the colourful houses of Bo Kaap, the home of Cape Town doughnuts. 🎨
