I also want to share the stories of the wonderful traders (many who have had businesses in markets passed down through family generations) and the fascinating story of food before it reaches your door.

About Me

I’m a fat loss expert, Pilates instructor, personal trainer and I also specialise in natural fertility, pregnancy and Hypnobirthing programs. I teach my clients how to follow a whole food, majority plant based diet and I firmly believe that this way of eating is vital for a healthy, lean and fertile body.

I have written for many health magazines such as ‘Woman’s Day’ including having my own Food Q&A Column in the magazine ‘Nature and Health’.

In my spare time

I have 2 children and we love the great outdoors, regularly camping, hiking and getting out in nature. I adore animals and always have a stream of rescues coming in, including chickens, rabbits and we have 1 dog. I love gardening and growing some of our own food.
