I used to make this main course salad in a cafe, I used to work in. It is full of amazing flavour and texture, that excites the palate. I used to make it with roasted potato rounds, but now I prefer Roasted capsicum to be included. You can easily adapt this salad to suit yourself.

This is one of my favorite snacks!
Oats – contain antioxidants that reduce inflammation and relax arteries, improving heart health. The soluble fiber incertain oats can keep blood sugar from rising after a meal.
