And while loading up on fibre sounds like the ultimate health hack… it’s not quite that simple.

Fibre = incredible for gut health, energy + keeping you full 🌱

And getting more of it in can be as simple as adding things like whole veg, legumes, or even adding Nutri V 100% Veggie Powders to your daily smoothie🥦

How to actually use your Nutri V 100% veg powders 👇🏽

We get it… “add to soups” is helpful, but how much and when makes all the difference🌱

So here’s your go-to guide (save this one 📌):

🍝 Mince, patties or crumbing → 1–2 heaped tablespoons. Mix straight in for extra fibre + hidden veg (perfect for fussy eaters).

🥣 Soups, curries, sauces (serves up to 4) → 3 heaped tablespoons. Stir through while cooking for an easy veggie boost without changing flavour.

🥤 Smoothies → 1 tablespoon per serve. Add an extra ½ tablespoon for each additional person.

🥙 Flatbreads, doughs, baking → 1 tablespoon into the dry mix. Works seamlessly into muffins, wraps + savoury bakes.

💧 If your mix feels too dry → Don’t stress… just add a little extra liquid until it comes together

Want to know one simple habit that can genuinely support your health?

Cook at home more often. That’s it🤭

A 2014 study of 10,000+ adults found that people who cooked dinner at home 6–7 times per week consumed around 1,000 fewer calories per week than those who rarely cooked. And no, this isn’t an “eat out less” guilt trip or about calorie restriction.

But with Uber Eats, convenience meals and takeaway becoming the norm, home-cooked meals are happening less and less… and that can quietly add up.

Because when you cook at home, it’s usually much easier to prioritise things that actually support your health, like:
✔️ more fibre for gut health and digestion
✔️ more whole food ingredients
✔️ more protein to keep you full
✔️ more veg and plant variety
✔️ less added oils, sugar and salt

That means home cooking can support everything from satiety and energy to gut health, blood sugar balance and overall nutrition quality.
