What an amazing morning down at Brian's Gourmet Meats raising money for a great cause. Fight MND. So many people showed up to support, lend a hand,donate,get iced. Real community spirit. Thanks to Grilldbymrmarcus and Scotty from Atomic Chicken for popping by. And our friends Cait and her family. Hairhouse Knox and The Australian Brisket Board for donating some raffle prizes. All the legends that got iced. And Brian and Ange for always doing their bit for the community. Next year will be even bigger.

Extremely massive/busy weekend ahead. So had a pass out. And threw some chuck into the slow cooker😲 ready for when we got home. Sorry not sorry. Home made Beef Rendang. Pimped Beersnbutts style. Roti bread,satay sauce, sticky coconut rice,toasted coconut. Family share on our The Australian Brisket Board mini- that was exceptional. You know if you get high praise from the kid.🤣 it must be good. When fakeaway is better than takeaway.

Four days ago we posted a picture of our bbq gloves. For no other reason than to show you they get a thrashing and it was funny that there were more holes than gloves🤣 Fast forward 4 days and this arrives on our doorstep.😲 From the legends Suze and Erik from Sydney BBQs and Rotisseries. Pretty sure there was a little cheeky nudge from Jimmy’s Charcoal, Smoke & Grill. Absolutely love the BBQ FAM. Especially the ones who support others and expect nothing in return. Thank you legends.
