A massive shoutout to everyone who packed the grounds at the Melbourne Shrine of Remembrance for this years Anzac Day March! The energy, respect, and mateship on display were truly unforgettable, and your presence keeps the Anzac spirit fiercely alive. Whether you were honoring loved ones from the sidelines or marching proudly in the parade. A huge, special thank you to our current serving members who continue the legacy today. Your dedication means everything. Thank you everyone for showing up, standing tall, and reminding us all of the strength of our community.

Heading to Melbourne's Dawn Service at the Shrine of Remembrance to pay your respects to Current & Former Service Personnel and honour those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice?

Stop by after the service to pick up one of our Gunfire Banjo Egg and Smoked Bacon rolls. We will also be serving our traditional Texas BBQ favourites including Beef Ribs, MB9 Waygu Beef Brisket and our famous Tipsy Texan Burgers 🍔🍖

Our GMV and LRPV vehicles have become familiar landmarks during the Anzac Day Parade over the years. It's great to see current & former serving members use them as a meeting point to catchup over a feed and a brew.

Organisers for the 2026 Rupertswood Harvest Festival have unfortunately just now made the tough decision to cancel this afternoons event due to Critically High Winds and Rain in this region.

Please do not make your way down to this area for this event on the 27th of March.

We thankyou for your support and patronage of Events that we serve our Texas BBQ at, but we have been directed to stand-down.

Thankyou to all of those who supported us in 2025 by simply turning up and enjoying what we do. Whether you've worn the uniform, still wear it or support those that do...Thank you for the part you play in our community.

Our Team hit a PB by delivering over 60 Public and Private Events this year which included our annual pinnacle commitment to the Anzac Day Dawn Service at the Shrine of Remembrance and first-ever MEATSTOCK appearance. We've smoked over 800 Briskets and more than 2000 Sets of Ribs. It's now time to once again hang up the apron and get some much-needed rest.

See you in 2026 with some new additions to the Menu and Fresh Beers added to the current lineup.

Celebrate the festive season this Friday at the Lions Gisborne Festival!

Along with our amazing Texas BBQ, there will be carnival rides, free activities for children and market stalls.

The stage has two live bands playing music until the fireworks amaze and delight everyone at the conclusion of the night.
