In this roll cake, we want to highlight THE . It’s incorporated into whipped mascarpone cream to reveal its warmth, woodiness and the caramel-vanillay taste , then rolled into the sponge .

Either black coffee or tea is the perfect pairing for this cake , not milk coffee.
