Three ways to use Bugìn Gin Tonic Rub.

1. As a dry rub before grilling — press it into chicken thighs or pork and leave for 20 minutes. The juniper and citrus peel need time to work in.

2. Mixed into an oil base — combine with good olive oil and use as a marinade or finishing drizzle over fish.

3. As a finishing seasoning — dust over roasted vegetables or a burrata while still warm.

No artificial flavourings. No shortcuts.
