e producers from around our neck of the woods. Our bakers work around the seasons, which is why at Box Brownie you’ll often find rhubarb in winter and apricot in summer. It is important to us to source the absolute best ingredients available, hence the inclusion of such goodies such as dark Belgium chocolate, which is naturally gluten and dairy free. At Box Brownie we like to keep it simple- you’ll find lots of old fashioned favourites that your grandma used to make, with a little Box Brownie twist to keep you on your toes. Everything we make is the stuff we want to eat - each ingredient is chosen carefully and is a product that we feel good about. If we can substitute for an ingredient that’s better for you, we always do - we want to create flavour in your mouth, not fatten you up.
