The little ones are a gift for the miniature dachshund that lives next door, Dumpling.
Flavour is Peanut Butter and Bacon. All ingredients that humans could eat, but not sure I'd want to try the flavour combination 🤔

As I have said before, I send recipes to my colleagues each week. This week was a request from one of them for Madeleines, so of course I had to whip some up so they had a picture too! So yum.
My PT and Masseuse are gonna love me not being able to share these with anyone else but them.
I still love baking, but can't do a huge amount while still in iso, as I have no one to share with.

So I give my colleagues a recipe each week for them to try. Today I thought I should make the recipe to give them a pic too.
I made the 5 dozen cookies recipe which is just 4 ingredients to make the plain cookie. Then I added different ingredients to make different cookies. Here we have Plain, Nutella, Chocolate & Coconut, Apricot Jam Drops. You'll now they all rise and spread a little different to make for different cookies. The possibilities of ingredients are endless.
I made only a few of each and have rolled up the rest to freeze to be able to make freshly baked cookies at any time.
