I very much enjoyed having these 2 young ladies over for a day of baking!

I will be looking into doing some training sessions next year for anyone wanting to learn more and hone in those skills, especially within certain areas.

When I have it organised, I’ll be sure to link in the schedule.

First cake in a year... Way too much work. Doesn’t really look like it was but it certainly was! Should of just gone to Coles!!

So yet again I find myself going back to hospital for yet another operation on my back. This will be a spinal decompression and fusion surgery. I’m hoping this will end my current back troubles and allow me to get back to part time cake decorating. It will take a good 12 months recovery but I can FINALLY see the light at the end of the tunnel. Love to all xo

It has been such a long time since I produced anything really. But being my sons 5th bday I managed to push through and get this done. To say it was hard would be an understatement. I hope one day he will be able to see how hard this was for me to achieve given my health issues.
