Proud to announce that we’ve invested in 10,000 coffee seedlings at Belantih Coffee Farm 🌱☕

The seedlings will be planted across 4 hectares of land, with the first harvest expected in around 3–5 years.

This is a long-term relationship built around good coffee, good people and a shared commitment to growing something that lasts.

It’s about investing in the farm’s future and helping create opportunities for work for generations to come.

We’re looking forward to watching it grow. 🤎

Because it’s never really just coffee.

Our recent trip to Jogja Coffee Week took us to the slopes of Mount Merapi, where we had the chance to connect with the farmers and share good conversations.

After the 2010 eruption, coffee returned to Merapi’s fertile volcanic soil — reflecting the resilience of it’s people and community.

At Bodacious, we deeply value the people behind coffee and the connections we make along the way. 🤎

Two minds. Two unique skill sets. One very serious obsession with making bloody good coffee.

Justin brought 30+ years of coffee knowledge, world barista judging, roasting experience and enough coffee stories to fill a book. Duncan brought food science expertise, product development and marketing, along with a knack for bringing great ideas to life.

They first teamed up in 2004 on a little project called Coles Finest Coffee. Five Golden Bean Awards later, the partnership clearly had some legs. 

Fast forward to 2018: Bodacious was born.

Today, they’ve built a cracking business with a team of 20+ staff, and a friendship fuelled by plenty of laughs, a few questionable ideas and a very, very good cup of coffee.
