Two minds. Two unique skill sets. One very serious obsession with making bloody good coffee.
Justin brought 30+ years of coffee knowledge, world barista judging, roasting experience and enough coffee stories to fill a book. Duncan brought food science expertise, product development and marketing, along with a knack for bringing great ideas to life.
They first teamed up in 2004 on a little project called Coles Finest Coffee. Five Golden Bean Awards later, the partnership clearly had some legs.
Fast forward to 2018: Bodacious was born.
Today, they’ve built a cracking business with a team of 20+ staff, and a friendship fuelled by plenty of laughs, a few questionable ideas and a very, very good cup of coffee.
