🌵CALYPSO GOES WEST - West Coast IPA 6.6%
A West Coast take on the ever-popular Calypso Hazy IPA. Swapping the soft, juicy haze for a crisp, resinous edge, this version showcases the bold character of classic West Coast brewing.
Loaded with Mosaic and Citra hops, it delivers vibrant aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruit, balanced by a clean bitterness and a dry finish that keeps you coming back for more.
Bright, punchy and hop-forward, Calypso packed its bags, headed west, and came back with a little more attitude.
💫DOUBLE UP - Double Hazy IPA 8.4%
A double dose of hop intensity, Double Up is a plush and powerful Hazy IPA loaded with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra Cryo. Bursting with layers of ripe tropical fruit, white grape, and citrus zest, this big-bodied brew delivers waves of juicy mango, passionfruit, and grapefruit with a vibrant dank edge.
Soft, pillowy, and unapologetically hop-forward, the generous malt body balances the huge hop charge while keeping every sip smooth and hazy. A double IPA built to turn the flavour dial all the way up — no shortcuts, no holding back.
