Australia Post’s response to two insurance claims we’ve made is absolutely laughable - we shipped two different boxes of frozen truffle to WA and they delivered both of them so late that the truffles were completely useless. Both shipments were insured for $1000 each and they haven’t paid me a single cent after we’ve complained many many times.Just disgusted really!

Did you know we also grow Bianchetto truffles at Truffle Paddock? Known as the 'other' Italian white truffle, Tuber Borchii look similar to their more famous Italian cousin – the Alba truffle – but have a more musky, earthy note and a much friendlier price tag!

Bianchetti pair beautifully with butter, cheese and chicken. Be sure to give them a try when winter rolls around.
