This is the beginning of the story & how my passion for food grew from restaurants to catering — not just my version, and not anyone else’s either… but the real moments.

The stages, the vulnerability, and the truth captured through the lens.

There are over 320,000 photos and videos of my past work still sitting on my phone with time stamps. I will post more including the rise & fall of it all.

While we all try to move forward and leave the past behind, sometimes life brings us back — to give us an opportunity to reflect, to share & finally give clarity.

But mostly to appreciate & honour where it all began including the people who were there with us.
