Wine and Wildlife is back this weekend at the Healesville Sanctuary. The team are excited to be bringing our wonderful dishes to such a beautiful part of Victoria. The best part about this is, that I get to work right next to the Lyrebird enclosure and I can hear him singing all day. The best of the Yarra Valley will be showcasing their wonderful produce, cheeses and wines this weekend and we will be there to offer freshly cooked steaming hot paella. See you all there. Bring the gum boots!!!
