My recipes have been passed down three generations from my grandfather in Italy, a well known Pasticciere who was well known for his love of all things sweet! The most important thing he taught me was, “to bake with my heart, create with passion and desire perfection.” These words will stay with me forever. My daughters 21st cake was absolutely beautiful. It looked amazing we had so many compliment, then when it was cut & served l thought I’d never get to have a piece with everyone coming back for seconds. Thankyou so much Laura you did an amazing job again, I’d never consider going anywhere else for our cakes
