We discovered Gimoka in a café in Florence during an ill-fated expedition to see Michelangelo’s David. We never found David, but we did find the best coffee of our lives. Gimoka mightn’t sound Italian, but it’s actually as red, white and green as coffee companies come. It was founded on Lake Como three decades ago. Until recently, you only found Gimoka in Italy's best bars and cafes, but now we're bringing it to you in Australia in capsules that are compatible with all Nespresso machines.
