In 2005, the attainment of Moka Foods by Con Saris, Managing Director of Black Swan Dips and the new management team, sent the company in a new and exciting direction. It has given Moka Foods the resources, experience and infrastructure to become one of the market leaders in its field. Moka Foods are a HACCP accredited manufacturer with a variety of products, which include: Real Slice Potato Cakes

, Battered Burgers, Battered Franks, Battered Flake, Battered Seafood Sticks and Portion Controlled Potato Cakes made from real potato that can be made to any shape or size all year round, regardless of the size of the raw potato. We are dedicated to supplying the end user premium products throughout the year.
