ITV- The Situationship

We're excited to be hosting a new star of the Yarra Valley region.
brings together two iconic vineyards- the former Gold-Medal winning Dixon's Creek Estate made famous by Graeme Miller (who established what became De Bortoli) and the former Henkell turned Mandala Vineyard.

Under the stewardship of Martin Siebert (who worked at Benjamin Leroux in Burgundy, Pegasus Bay in NZ, and Yarra Yering and Tokar Estate in the Yarra Valley), this special preservation project is seeking to make wines on a super challenging site to farm that are quintessentially of place.

The brand is new- this is one of the first pop-ups in Melbourne, so we're so thrilled to be showing you these wines.

You'll get to try:

Sparkling Rosé NV
e’ Stellar 2025 Chardonnay
e’ 2025 Pinot Noir
e’ 2025 Cabernet Syrah
e’Stellar 2025 Syrah

ITV The Situationship:
Introducing .

We met Peter at the trade tasting a few months ago, and we were wildly impressed with his wines- so much so we ordered over 100L of his Pecorino!!!

Southern Italian wines, organically farmed in one of the country's most challenging flood-irrigated hot regions in the Riverina, NSW- better known for bulk mass market wines than premium small growers.

He comes from a family of Italian immigrant grape growers – his grandparents, Anna and Pietro Valeri, immigrated and set up a vineyard in the 1950s, and it's in good hands. Peter studied wine science and viticulture at Charles Sturt University, and has worked at some of the larger producers in the Riverina as well as vintages in Canada and Romania.

Peter has planted varieties from the southern half of Italy, where his grandparents come from (Abruzzo). He grows the same varieties his grandfather made, and Via Pola is the name of the street his grandfather grew up on.

Peter will be pouring:
2024 Fiano
2025 Pecorino
2026 Vermentino
2024 Montepulciano
2025 Nero D’Avola

Interrupting producer profiles to show you the very sexy new space we are hosting ITV at!

We're taking over ! Masterclasses upstairs in the loft, downstairs, we've got the whole lounge area!

What we love about the space is that after you've finished your session, you can chill out with a drink from the bar, play a game of pool or go all out and order a pizza from (who will bring it to Paradise Alley for you), or a burger from across the road. So no need to rush off.

ITV The Situationship:

Introducing of .

We think Vinea Marson is one of the most important stories in the Italo-Australian wine narratives. For over two decades the Marson family have farmed Central Victoria's Heathcote region- producing what we believe are some of the best representations of Italian varieties we have. Big accolades for a little winery!

For 17 years Mario Marson was winemaker & viticulturalist at the renowned Mount Mary before starting his own vineyard. Joined in 2017 by his daughter Madeline (a former historian, and degree-qualified winemaker), they have over 30 clones across 8 varieties to bring you wines respectful of their Friulian heritage.

You'll likely be familiar with Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and possibly Barbera, but we think you'll absolutely love their still whites as well.

Madeline is not only an amazing winemaker, but such a great storyteller- get her on the topic of a very select period of Italian history, and we bet you'll never leave her tasting table for all the best reasons!

On pour:

2022 Prosecco col fondo
2022 Grazia
2022 Friulano #14
2021 Sangiovese
2019 Nebbiolo
2024 Barbera

Producer Profile-

Every now and then you have that revelatory moment when you try a wine, think damn, that's a rockstar, then you hope the next bottle you pick up will be as good, and well.. each wine ends up being more elite than the next.

This happened to , when she tried her first Moorak Meunier at Miss Moses (all the M Words), then the Chardonnay, then found out he was being distributed by our good mates at and it was on!

She's been trying to get Jordy across from SA for years, and timing was always off, she has him on pour at Glou (across multiple taps), and now, we're so excited to have him at ITV.

His wines are elegant, ridiculously drinkable, and often showcase varieties you might be less familiar with- think Pinot Meunier, Cinsault, Chenin and some incredible sparklings.

A first-generation winemaker from self- study, experimentation and learning from experience, Jordan developed the label to encompass his stylistic approach to traditional and left-field winemaking techniques.

Experimenting and researching more varieties and regions in an ever- developing portfolio of unique and considered wines. These are important elements of Jordan and Moorak’s ideology towards winemaking, while having a low impact to the land itself.

Each vintage, Moorak strives for partnerships with sustainable and organic growers, each with a progressive focus on regenerative viticulture. The underlying aim is to present fruit from those with knowledge, a deep understanding of the vines and vehement respect for the land from where it grows.

A negotiate style, purchasing grapes from the aforementioned growers, has risen to unique adaptability — allowing Jordan to source, produce and present varieties with more creativity. Not limited by single vineyards, Moorak continues to offer a dynamic range of multi-regional wines produced solely in the one facility.

Located in McLaren Vale, South Australia, the winery is a minimal carbon-impact facility, completely off-grid, using Solar power, rainwater and bore water throughout production.

On pour:
Sparkling Chenin Blanc
Chardonnay 2025
Rose 2025
Cinsault 2025

ITV The Situationship:
Introducing the first of our five producers - @.

Rae and did the smooth thing, sliding into our DM's when we put a call out for producers for another project at Glou Wine Bar. After taking us through a tasting, we not only left wanting more, but had somehow made our way to the bottom of a glass of chilled red at 10am in the same fashion we'd smash an Oat Cap. That's when we knew we needed them for The Situationship.

Good Vibes is creative love child of Chilean-born, New Zealand winemaker Alejandra Ruiz Lagos and local Rae Navanua. Ale works at Kilchurn Wines by day- the 'go-to' facility for most great producers who want to make a great sparkling wine - so you can bet your bottom dollar she knows how to make a top-tier wine. Good Vibes wines are minimal intervention done right- and you'll get to try some of their New Zealand wines alongside their new release Macedon range.

On pour:
2026 Pet Nat
2024 Barrel-Fermented Grüner Veltliner (NZ)
2024 Grüner Veltliner (NZ)
2024 Pinot Noir (NZ)
