🍺Why did you choose the brewing/distilling industry?🍺
I think it chose me! I had the privilege to have an interview with Pete and Juz, and knew immediately I wanted to work for them. Although they have moved on, the Bintani Team is still great to work with and continuing to work in this industry is just a bonus.

🍺What would you like to see more of in the brewing/distilling industry?🍺
I like the variety and notice that trends change as time passes. It's great to see new things happening, but I do like the tried and true too. Maybe more Gluten Free options and Lower Carb.

Personally, for me, I really gravitate to the IPA's and Sours, with the occasional L***r, with Wh**ky and Flavoured Gin being my spirits of choice. There are so many options, I don't think I'll ever get bored of trying them.

An IPA called The Debt Collector

🍺What's something about brewing/distilling you wish more people knew?🍺
How genuine and fun people in the industry are, and how resilient brewers and distillers are. They work hard and have fun and really enjoy what they make.

The variety of malts, hops and flavours that they use is really fun and interesting and their love of brewing and distilling shows through in their drinks. They really should be proud of their accomplishments.

I want to see more traditional hand-pumped b**rs. And English style bitters.

🍺What's something about brewing/distilling you wish more people knew?🍺
I wish people knew about all the amazing Independent breweries and the amazing b**r they make. I used to only drink the mainstream b**r from the big companies but the quality of these independent breweries is a different level, You can tell the brewers are passionate about what they do and can taste the difference.
