🍺Why did you choose the brewing/distilling industry?🍺
I can't say that I did actually, a position opened up and I was so happy to join the Bintani team. I can confidently say that I have learned more about beer and a new way to appreciate it every day since I started.
🍺What would you like to see more of in the brewing/distilling industry?🍺
I think the industry needs more options, especially at the affordable entry point. We know how hard brewers and customers are being squeezed by the cost of living crisis, and it'd be terrible if this meant keeping the customers priced out of great beer.
🍺If your colleagues had to name a beer after you, what would it be called?🍺
A decoction mash Lager called "Methodische"
🍺What’s something about brewing/distilling you wish more people knew?🍺
The sheer incredible amount of different malts, hops, and yeasts that are available, and how they influence the types of drinks that we enjoy. I think most consumers just think of beers by brand or varieties, but when you think about the hundreds of ingredient options, there really are endless possibilities for your brew.
