Linguine takes it easy

Spring menu: Acqua Pazza

Acqua pazza means “crazy water”, the Italian name for fish cooked with tomatoes, w**e and aromatics.

Ours pairs line-caught snapper with cherry tomatoes, onion, white w**e, fennel and lemon for a light spring main that still calls for plenty of bread on the side.

From October Saturday 3rd to Monday 5th, lunch is going long at Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour, Manly and Entertainment Quarter.
