Pinto Tiramisu Pinto Tiramisu is a Melbourne based business specialising in handcrafted tiramisu.

We make almost all components in house, allowing us to control flavour, texture and quality across every product. We, at TRMSU, are young Italian-Australians striving to create the most decadent tiramisu on the market by drawing on our knowledge and experience together and using the best ingredients available. Having traveled the globe tasting tiramisu, we absolutely know the difference between a

good one and an inferior one. During this quest, we learned the history of tiramisu, its traditional method, the variations of recipes from different regions of Italy, which components shine, and what makes a tiramisu great. For us, being so passionate about tiramisu, it all starts with the ingredients. By locally sourcing in Victoria and supporting smaller, higher-quality farms, then experimenting, failing, testing, but ultimately succeeding in producing our “yet to be awarded” prize-winning TRMSU. From the rich creaminess of the mascarpone to the fudgy texture of the beaten egg yolks, and of course, the perfect coffee blend, every ingredient makes a massive impact on the end result: the best tiramisu we have ever tasted, TRMSU.

Okay… it’s Biscoff. We’re just calling it speculoos because it makes us sound a little more sophisticated.

Biscoff spread folded throughout our classic crème, savoiardi soaked in English Breakfast tea, then finished with a generous speculoos biscuit crumb on top.

Basically biscuits and tea, but in tiramisu form.

Our new seasonal flavour, replacing Hojicha.
