Another big shoutout to this true gentleman from the Make Them Shine family—Platon, along with Charlie & Johnny Georgantis. I saw you all there Thursday setting up, and when I drove out Friday evening, you were still the last ones there.

On Good Friday they came up to our cannoli stand, put down $100 and asked us to give a free cannoli to a random kid. What an incredible gesture—absolute legend! 👏

Today I wake up still pinching myself on what myself,Darius & the team achieved yesterday at the Make Them Shine 2026 Good Friday Appeal. Also very proud to have the Bocca Boys Kitchen & Eiffel Tower Cakes names printed on the back of the T-shirts amongst the best of the best to make this happen & on the wall of champions.

Absolutely wrapped! Not only did we pipe 540 cannoli raising $1890.00 100% donated to the Good Friday Appeal. with the incredible talent of Darius Galea couldn't of done it without him also a big thanks to Josanne Galea & Joe Galea for all your help.
At the end of the day to also be recognised with two awards has completely blown us away.
To everyone who attended today — thank you for your support and for being part of such a fantastic event. We truly appreciate
