Have you ever tried Burrata in Crosta? 😋

It combines the creaminess of Burrata with the crusty crunch of pastry - needless to say, it's delicious! 🫠

Here we've gone with a deliciously salty combination of black olives and prosciutto to really bring the flavour to this pie-like creation. 🥧

We think it's the perfect Winter warmer - AND here's a hot tip: be sure to use puff pastry for a crispy, flaky result. 🤗
