Introducing -THE SUSTAINABLE SANTOKU- knife.
Made from 100% recycled materials that were destined for landfill.
Steel from old saw blades and wood from an old staircase, rescued and re-purposed into these utility kitchen knives.
(All these are already taken, but I'll hope to have some more available early next year)

A cheese set I just finished.
Its a thin cheese knife with Japanese Wa style handle, and a cheese fork done in a blacksmith style. Housed in a natural raw edged redwood block.
I'm quite proud of this set.
