I know it’s been an extremely long while since I posted anything here, just sharing this pic of a cake made for a special person. It’s gluten free, almond, coconut and a hint of orange. Must have been delicious because it was gone in a flash. Happy 80th birthday aunty Joyce, thank you for an awesome evening.

Well, the festive season 🌲🎅 is approaching fast, and as I have already been contacted by some of my customers, I have decided to open my order book for Christmas 🎄

I know it’s been a very long while since I posted anything. The past 2 years (well almost 2) have seen many changes for all of us. I have not had the best 2 years either losing family members as well as fracturing my knee, but thankfully things are getting better, and I am well and truly on the mend.

I request you kindly to please put your order in, in the next couple of weeks. Due to some personal circumstances, I will not be taking any orders after the 15 November’21. Please send me a message if you are interested in any items. 🌲
