TONIGHT: A NEW BEER HAS ENTERED THE CHAT.

Tonight HYPERNIX BREWING are launching beer number one: Punters Paradise — a trans-Tasman diplomatic incident made with Kiwi malt and Aussie hops and a crap ton of haze.

It's on tonight only and not just that were running a special, $12 pints all night.

We’re open to the public as normal tonight, so no tickets, no secret handshake, no tedious industry launch where everyone says “mouthfeel” 400 times.

Just come down.

Punters Paradise.

🍔 STELLAR BURGERS ARE COMING TO SUBCULTURE BREWING.

This Sunday and the 2nd anniversary party. Burgers. Bands. Beer. Civilisation briefly functioning.

Southern Angolan flavours from Benguela, Kimbundu heritage, Portuguese influence, Indigenous Brazilian foods arriving through historic transatlantic trade routes, plus little Dutch and German fingerprints lurking about the place.

Basically, centuries of culinary history. In a burger. Don’t overthink it.

And because normal collaboration is for cowards, Stellar have teamed up with Subculture Brewing — using our beer yeast in the savoury donut dough and Brewed in a Tomb Black IPA in the sauce.

Brisket, vegetarian and vegan options.

History. Science. Beer. Fermentation. Donut burgers.
