Just returning back to Oz after 5+ weeks in Ireland tasting my way through a lot of new releases coming our way.

Pallet should be landing in the next few weeks with Pillars of Creation 2025 containing a marriage of Di**le, Echinlinville, Boann & Micil, a first of its kind. Stock is limited given it has already sold out in Ireland.

A few additions to the Dram in a Can range including their “Christmas Cracker” release. Single Pot Still aged in 3 different sherry casks and their fruit drops range in 100ml cans.

We’ve replenished our Double Irish cream to ensure we do not run out for Christmas.
