Summer things at Matcha Kōbō. ☀️

Fig Matcha Fizz with house fig jam, Uji matcha and soda. Fig Oolong Fizz with fig and chilled oolong tea. Both cold, bright and not too sweet.

On the plate, our fig tart with orange blossom jelly, fresh figs, crème patisserie and baked frangipane. A small fresh slice for warm Melbourne afternoons.
