Damm Fine Food is a Melbourne based event and catering company, creating unique and socially responsible events of any size throughout Victoria and beyond. Under the direction of founder Georgina Damm, our dedicated team of chefs, stylists and operational staff produce memorable events for all occasions from weddings to Bar Mitizvahs and cocktail parties to major corporate functions

For this dazzling celebration, a Hawaiian luau set the tone. The venue was transformed with lush green draping, vibrant tropical prints, and playful details that brought an elevated island spirit to life. Every element was designed to capture the joy, colour, and abundance of a tropical escape.

From the moment guests step into an event, light begins to shape how the space feels: the energy, the atmosphere, even the way people move through it.

Disco balls catch and scatter light across the room.
Red uplighting shifts the tone and adds depth.
Candlelight creates warmth at the table, while table lamps and strings of light soften the space around it.

We design lighting with intention; layering sources, colour and intensity to complement the architecture, styling and rhythm of the event.

For this menu tasting, Damm Fine Food brought the full experience to the table, from the food and beverage to the room styling and florals.

Hugo Rosé Spritz towers, tiramisu towers, considered florals and a little photobooth moment, all set against the city backdrop of Melbourne’s GPO.

An afternoon where design and dining spoke the same language.

A celebration of colour, material and craftsmanship, Paola Lenti Official Chromatic Alphabet welcomed Melbourne’s architecture and design community to the dedece showroom.

We paired the collection’s vibrant palette with a colourful menu designed to be experienced as guests explored the space.
