We learn...

Yesterday was such a disappointment for both us and for the concert goers who are expecting us.

We apologise to the customers who would like to try . It was very unexpected that we will not have any power at the venue and that no one knows how to fix the issue.

To the organisers, I hope you know how much preparation goes into a business that goes out to venues. It is days of preparation just to make sure that everything runs smoothly and customers are serviced. It is money spent for raw mats and staff that we hire on the day. It is time and effort to load and unload the equipments hoping that our investment is worth it.

I hope you do respect small businesses like us as much as we respect showing up for you on the day. I hope you did have the respect to approach us, tell us what is going on, and even a little apology will do. These things happen, but really, it shoudlnt. Being honest that nothing can be done was better swallowed than saying you are working on it but kept pointing fingers.

It was a big let down. A lesson learned that if there is a breakdown in communication prior to the event, to expect the worse on the day and come even more prepared.

To business owners who has gone through the same, we now know how tough it was. Specially in this season of financial difficulty. Let us keep pushing forward and be better than those who treated us with disrespect.

We will continue rise up and still give great service 🧡
