The building is for sale, but we’re not going anywhere!

How special catching up with Bethany Claire where we first met over 12 years ago 🎪❤️

The Upwey Community Market was in full swing on Saturday, and it was such a perfect day for it.

Beth and I had market stalls beside each other back then, so when we opened the store, we knew we had to stock her delicious treats and we’ve been selling them ever since!

Love the connections that come from being part of this incredible Hills community, and the friendships and stories that continue. 🌳❤️

A full house in The Wine Bar last night 🍷🫒🧀

We had the wine tasting in full swing, tables ordering platters and baked Brie, and others arriving with pizzas to enjoy with a bottle of wine.

But the loveliest part? Seeing the place full of people enjoying themselves.

Another “Wine Tasting with Symeon” is happening this Friday

And if you’ve been to one of Symeon’s tastings before, you’ll know how much care and research he puts into them, and most importantly, how much fun they are.

This week we’re looking at Cabernet Sauvignon (with a bit of Merlot sneaking in when we get to Bordeaux).

We’re going from Yarra Valley to Coonawarra, Margaret River to Bordeaux, with a crazy little Italian thrown in there too!

No need to book, just show up and join us.

Teasmade, and coffee is made too!

Oh my goodness, the things that find their way into our little store.

An exceptionally kind customer dropped this 1950s automatic tea maker into the store. It’s so cute, so deco and actually rather practical.

You plugged it in, set the clock and woke up with tea ready beside your bed. I mean, what a way to start the day!

Sadly, it’s not working anymore, but you can pop into the store any morning and we’ll happily make your tea or coffee for you ☕️🫖

We love the little pieces of history our customers share with us. It’s one of the many things that makes being part of this village and community so special.
