Cayenne & Watermelon - the gateway hot sauce, lovely fresh watermelon to finish, great with eggs or seafood.

Jalapeno & Peach - pop the lid and smell that green jalapeno, sweetness from the peach, try with a pork chop.

Habanero & Carrot - fire roasted carrot, big bold heat and flavour, bbq Picanha tacos 🌮 anyone?

Pineapple Reaper - yes Carolina Reaper 🔥, as hot as we get, but as fresh as a npins colada with tiny touch of miso. Try me in a cocktail.

Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce with pork ribs… DAMN! Braised low and slow indoors, in a little soy and pineapple juice then finished in hot oven, basted with HMBS!! Slaw on the side.
