Being fructose intolerant, I became more and more conscious of the hidden chemicals that are often included in processed food and drinks. As I wanted to be more energised, I started to add more fruits and vegetables into my diet and decided to prepare my own organic cold-pressed juices at home. Although the environment I lived in remained the same, I shifted from a ‘depressed’ mindset to a happy a

nd self-driven person within 10 days. I used to believe ‘you can if you want’, but I now realised the food you eat can strongly influence your capability to think clearly, behave with confidence and help you achieve your goals in life. My vision is to share with people the real potential of eating more fruits and vegetables beyond ‘losing weight’. Nutrition science is at its beginning and we are more and more certain eating a healthy diet influences our well being, helps us enjoy a better life and can prevent common ‘western world’ diseases such as heart diseases, type 2 diabetes and certain cancers.
