Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Warehouse Assistant located in Laverton North, VIC. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for executing tasks such as packing and preparing orders for shipping, managing and organizing inventory, operating forklifts as needed for loading and unloading goods, liaison with 3PL. The role may also involve occasional customer service support, assisting with inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
Experience in Packing and Inventory Control to ensure accurate order preparation and stock organization.
Proficiency in Inventory Management to track, monitor, and replenish stock as required.
Forklift Operation skills with the appropriate certification to safely handle warehouse equipment.
Excellent Customer Service skills to assist with inquiries and resolve issues when needed.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain an efficient and safe work environment.
Ability to work in a physically demanding, hands-on role and collaborate effectively with team members.
Familiarity with water filtration products or a related field is an added advantage.
