Ferm.shed Mamehana We are aiming to work with local people and community to assist their sustainable and self/community sufficient living style.

Currently we are running workshops occasionally based on Japanese traditional cooking and fermentation. Also we are consulting and designing the garden to create a more healthy food connection.

Garden Update 2024 at Williamstown. The garden has designed and converted into sustainable natural garden in May 2021. Permablitz has also done at naturestrip in Nov 2021. End of year Garden update @ Point cook. Previously the flower garden at front yard invaded by Couch grass. We used cardboard and thick local compost and mulch layer with contour water catchment technique. Now seeds/seedlings by owner are spreading over the place.
