Our new Cowboy pack we will be adding to our menu for next pop up (which should hopefully be soon..been very busy lately)
Pack is made for a single person and consist of:
100g of our 12 hour slow smoked Texas brisket
100g of our Texas style slow smoked pulled pork
Any 2 small housemade sides
Any 2 of our housemade sauces
Side of our housemade pickles and pickled onion
1 slice of white bread
