We are open! We will be open today and the next two Friday's as part of the Taste Trail Open Days in the Moyne Shire. Open hours are 11 am until 4 pm. Fascia (one of our friendly goats) is waiting to meet you.

Come and buy some of the last cheeses for this season.

Come and find us today Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village Warrnambool for Wreckfest. We will be doing a few cheesemaking displays as well as selling some of our cheeses.
Plenty to see and do here today.

Due to rapidly changing circumstances for us, we will not be attending the Warrnambool Community Garden market for the foreseeable future.

Don't forget to come to the Warrnambool Community Garden market this afternoon from 3pm until 5.30pm. We will have all our varieties of Childers Cove Cheese Company goat milk cheese there, as well as some eggs (not from the goats).
This week our goats are kidding and here is a photo of 'Streaky' with her triplets, as well as a photo of one of our new dairy does we will be rearing, 'Nannygai'.

Introducing Cassawary with her 2 babies, Crow and Raven.
Cassawary is the first of approximately 40 goats which will be kidding during the next week, promising to keep us extra busy.

We joined some to our boer bucks, and we will be selling these babies, if you know someone who may want one or more.

We would like to thank those people whom sent their regards and best wishes following Bernard's mother having a stroke and for the support they have shown us through the following weeks.

Sadly, mum died Friday 21st and has now been interred at the Nirranda cemetery, following a private service.

On a happier note, we will be commencing back at the Warrnambool Community Garden market this Wednesday, with our farmgate sales resuming as the weather improves.

Due to Bernie's mum (of whom we have been full time carers), having a stroke earlier in the week, we are all at sea.
We, therefore, will not be opening for farmgate sales for some time. We are unsure about the Wednesday Warrnambool Community Garden markets for now, also.
Please feel free to contact us if you would like any cheese and we will be happy to work something out with you.

At today's Warrnambool Community Garden Market we have a couple of dozen free range eggs again, as well as our usual range of great goat milk cheeses.
There is also fresh produce from the Warrnambool Community Garden and produce from Eck Cottage Farm as well Jun's Home Kitchen.
