We are seeking a motivated **Farm Hand** to join our team in an ongoing casual role.

📅 Hours & Availability
Days: Monday to Friday (Very rare weekend and public holiday work)
Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week (Depending on seasonal workflow)
Position: Ongoing casual
📍 Location: Merbein
📝 Main Duties
Wash & Pack: Preparing fresh produce and packing orders neatly.
Harvesting: Picking crops carefully and efficiently.
Crop Care: Hand weeding and maintaining field cleanliness.
General Tasks: Assisting with various daily farm duties as required.

Punctual & Reliable: You show up on time, every time, ready to start the day.
Consistent Work Ethic: Ability to maintain a steady, productive pace throughout the entire shift.
Physical Fitness:Comfortable working on your feet, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions..
