Things are finally starting to return to normal!! ☺️ When the world went mad a couple of months ago, it also went crazy here at Bannock Brae with a bit of a feeding frenzy and our wait times blew out to about 6-8 weeks!!! A little bit reminiscent of the panic buying during Covid.
But life is settling down again and we’re happy to say the wait times have lessened back to normal which is usually a 1-2 week wait.
We’ve got plenty of top quality beef rolling through the shop, fresh from our farm to you - it’s a great time to order that side, quarter or eighth of beef you’ve been meaning to organise!

Question: What came first - the chicken or the egg?? 🐔🥚🤣
Today it was actually the egg 🍳 😂 Our fresh Good Dozen eggs arrived just before our fresh free range chickens did! I think they actually passed each other in the driveway!!!

A couple of weeks ago at Hampton Food Festival, we met the amazing team from The Good Dozen - a local business supplying pasture-raised free range eggs. These guys already supply a lot of cafes that we work with and asked us if we thought our customers might like to add fresh free range eggs to their meat orders. So we’re putting it out there - would anyone like the option of ordering The Good Dozen free range eggs when they pop in a meat order? Please comment and let us know your thoughts and with enough interest we can add them to our options! 🐔🥚
