Ben, our Head Brewer, gives us the rundown on our latest b**r.

Red Jewel is inspired by dreams of finding Tiger Iron in the red dirt up north, our brew team went digging for something a little different and came back with this.

Red Jewel is a Hazy Red Ale pouring deep ruby, with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel and plenty of character from Nelson Sauvin and experimental NZ hops NZ-106 and NZ-109.
