🧡As a lot of you know we have faced some real challenges with our smoker.🧡

🔥However that’s done now and sorted. So we’re back refreshed and better than ever!🔥

🎉To celebrate we will be kicking off with our signature platter as a pop up. This will be on Saturday the 30th of August and will be pre order only🎉

Mark your calendars for a laid-back weekend at Snake + Herring Cellar Door! We’re teaming up with Block Smoke & Grill to bring you slow-fermented, hand-made panuozzo—a traditional Italian bread cooked to perfection in a pizza oven.

Choose from three mouthwatering options:
• Dry-aged Kerrigan Valley beef meatballs in a Snake + Herring red wine sugo
• Marinated mushrooms with soy milk ricotta and pesto
• Smoked trout with goat's cheese and onion jam

Chill out to the acoustic tunes of Olive Mae on Saturday while enjoying your panuozzo and a couple glasses of wine. Bring your friends, family, and furry pals for a fun afternoon on our beautiful lawns. With plenty of shade, lawn games, and, of course, our wines by the glass and bottle, it’s the perfect way to spend your weekend.

⚠️This is 100% owned and operated by us so expect the same amazing quality and produce just in a new format going all the way back to our roots in England⚠️

🧡Thank you to everyone for your patience while we set this up and whilst this wasn’t necassarily our plan this has been a low key dream for us. We couldn’t be happier with how things have turned out and are excited for our next chapter🧡

🐟Our lastet super exciting project is Admiral's Fish Bar going back to our British roots and Elliott our owners first ever job in a kitchen. 🐟

❗️🍟🐟A proper chippy celebrating the amazing local seafood we have available with an old school slant stay tuned for the menu soon and be sure to follow admirals on socials❗️🐟🍟

❗️We have some amazing news❗️

🔥The smoker will be back in full swing very soon🔥

However in a slightly different format. We will be moving location and starting a series of pop ups with the amazing guys at snakeandherring

🧡We will be changing up the menu for multiple themed days. At the core will be full live fire and obviously amazing produce 🧡

❗️We will be kicking off in march so get excited and stay tuned for events at the cellar door.❗️

⚠️For now we won’t trade out of griffin drive from the 2nd of march but even more exciting news on that shortly⚠️

🧡🔥Thank you to everyone who has supported us this far and now we have the opportunity to give more of what you guys want and Change things up expect to see stone baked bread, live fire cooking, American BBQ and much more creative cooking. With full dine in available with amazing wine!🔥🧡

😁🔥We can’t wait to get back to our roots on the road and changing the menu with the seasons and themes. We love to partner with locals and these guys are the best, we can’t wait to see everyone down there🔥😁

🧡We have had a few challenging months and Collaboration with other great locals has really helped us propel our business forward and overcome some difficulties with use of our smokers and for this we are very thankful for. 🧡
