There's something special about knowing exactly where your dinner comes from.

At Raise the Steaks, our premium cuts come from our own cattle and local grass-fed producers like Willowvale Farm. It's paddock to plate in the truest sense, with every steak smoked for hours before it's kissed by the flames and served alongside a cold Beerfarm brew.

Every Friday from 5pm. Come hungry. Book a table, or walk-ins are welcome for à la carte.

THE FARM FORECAST (SPRING 2026) 👀

🥩 Fridays: Raise The Steaks is back with a brand-new à la carte menu alongside our premium large cuts.

🎶 Saturdays: Live music from 2pm. Cold beers, good food and an afternoon on the Farm.

🔥 Sundays: Sunday Smoke Show, with the menu changing week to week depending on what’s in season and what’s available from our paddocks and local producers.

🥩 Sunday Meat Raffles: Buy a pint between 12–3pm, grab a ticket and you could be taking home a haul of quality local meat. Winner crowned at 3:30pm.

Every Friday night we also serve a special à la carte menu for those after something a little different.

Think Steak Frites with a Black Angus Scotch Fillet, Beef Brisket to share, Pork Belly Bao Buns, Skirt Steak Tacos, Tiger Prawns, house-cured Salmon Gravlax and plenty more.

Whether you're tackling a 1.5kg steak or just dropping in for dinner and a beer, there's a seat at the table for you.

A good steak can’t be rushed.

Our T-bones are sourced from cattle raised on our own paddocks, along with other local farms around the region. From paddock to plate, it’s all about great local produce.

Every large cut (T-bone, Ribeye and Sirloin) is smoked for hours, then finished over flame for that smoky flavour and crispy crust.

Yep, they’ll often still be pink inside. That’s not because they’re raw. They’re cooked through in the smoker before they ever hit the grill. Low and slow is what gives them that tenderness, while the flame adds the final char.
